On Friday 27th April, join us for six courses of eclectic plates, inspired by flavours of the ancient trade route, set amongst seasonal flowers and candlelight, in an East London enclave. 

 

Devi Ki Sabzi

Goddess green leaves, fresh herbs, mooli, green lentils & seeds, dressed with Za'atar

Whipped Feta

Feta whipped with sumac, hot blistered tomatoes, mint leaves & local honey. Served with grilled Khobez

Burnt Courgette

Blackened Baharat courgette, tahini yoghurt, walnuts and sesame brioche

Gujarati Bateta

Smashed potatoes, marrowfat peas, cashews, nigella & lemon

Aubergine Fatteh

Fried Khobez layered with cardamom & chilli slow cooked aubergine, herbs, smoked paprika yoghurt, almonds & chilli olive oil

Gajar Halwa

Braised sweet carrot & pistachio, Garam Masala Ice Cream, saffron syrup
